About the Game

Chronautical - narrative-driven sci-fi mystery where you talk to people across space and time to uncover clues and unravel the secrets of a star system that has disappeared.

Chronautical is built around the idea of moving forward and backwards through time to solve a narrative mystery, talking and interacting with people and seeing how they change in time due to your actions.

Learn about the mysterious stranger who saved your life and discover the secrets of time travel by piecing together the Great Machine, previously known only in myths. Visit the different planets and time periods in whatever order you decide to create unique experiences from player to player.

About the Developer

We are a team of students from Indiana University Bloomington! Each of us plays a different role in bringing the story to life. Steven is the producer and a programmer. Emma is the writer and a designer of puzzles. Aidan is a programmer and the system designer. Shannon is the sound designer and composer. And Aeris is the artist and vision holder.
